1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Gombey Global LLC website and services. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Gombey Global LLC (“Gombey Global,” “we,” “us”) provides professional travel planning and advisory services. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, or tour operators.

3. Independent Contractor & Host Agency Relationship

Gombey Global operates as an independent travel advisor in partnership with a licensed host agency. Bookings are facilitated through the host agency and third-party suppliers. Supplier terms and conditions apply to all bookings.

4. Planning Fees & Payments

  • Planning fees are charged for professional itinerary design and advisory services.

  • Planning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Supplier payments are processed directly by suppliers or through the host agency.

  • Gombey Global is not responsible for supplier pricing changes, availability, or payment processing errors.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate traveler information

  • Reviewing confirmations and documents promptly

  • Ensuring passport validity, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements

  • Complying with supplier rules and deadlines

Failure to comply may result in penalties or denial of service without refund.

6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier policies.

  • Gombey Global does not control supplier refund decisions.

  • Planning fees are separate from supplier charges and are not refundable due to supplier cancellations.

7. Travel Risks & Force Majeure

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, and pandemics. Gombey Global is not liable for events beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gombey Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel services or website use.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Gombey Global LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
