FEES & PAYMENT POLICY

1. Professional Planning Fees

Gombey Global charges professional planning fees for travel advisory services, including research, itinerary design, coordination, and support. Planning fees compensate for time, expertise, and administrative work.

2. Fee Disclosure

All planning fees are disclosed prior to engagement and may vary based on:

  • Destination(s)

  • Trip duration and complexity

  • Number of travelers

  • Type of services requested

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Planning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of:

  • Client cancellation

  • Supplier cancellation

  • Force majeure events

  • Changes in travel plans

4. Supplier Payments

Payments for travel components (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, etc.) are processed directly by travel suppliers or through Gombey Global’s licensed host agency. Supplier payment terms and refund policies apply.

5. Changes & Revisions

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Significant itinerary changes

  • Rush requests

  • Additional research beyond the original scope

Any additional fees will be disclosed before work proceeds.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to dispute or charge back planning fees that were properly disclosed and earned. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection action and termination of services.

7. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include credit card or other electronic payment systems via secure third-party processors.

8. Termination of Services

Gombey Global reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, abusive behavior, or failure to cooperate, without refund of planning fees.
